Parador Beach Hotel

The moment when we arrived, after a long flight and a long drive from the airport, the first thing they tell us is: There’s a problem, the hotel is overbooked. That meant we had to go to another hotel, that they were saying is 5 star, much better and stuff like this. We got told by the reseption that when we Get back, they would bring treats and gifts for us. When we got to monte carlo, we got a room at their second hotel, not the main!!!!!!, with the worst view, all we could see was trees. We needed to stay here for 2 nights, with a longer distance to beach, city and everything. We got told we was going to Get pick up to parador 09.15 in the morning after two nights. We were waiting and checking at the main hotel, but no car neither of the hotels. The reseption called and asked for it, and got told it was cancelled, but they didnt know why. We got a taxi after waiting 30 minutes, that the hotel payed for (as they should) When we finally got to parador, they just gave us the room keys, no apolagy or anything. Apparently they gave us a «suite», Even tho it looks just like the other rooms, just with a bigger balcony. The gift and treats they were talking about us getting, was never recieved. Instead of giving us a «suite» (that dont looks like a suite) that we didnt Ask for, they should have asked us what we wanted in return for losing 2 days at another hotel. Only people who spoke to us at the hotel was the Nice cleaning/cooking staff. The reseption didnt care to say hi or ask How our stay was. Dont want to go back
